This has been more than centuries that it has been deep enough into succeeding generations where Indians exhibit their hospitality. They consider hospitality as next to godliness and so the guests are treated with great sincerity. Bandhavgarh cuisine, India is simple and tasty.

The Madhya Pradesh people are warm and very hospitable. They believe in feeding people and people invite others for lunch and dinner immediately. Newly introduced people also have a great effect on them that they invite you over tea and lunch. The village hospitality is quite overwhelming.

In fact, the city dwellers are shocked by such reactions, as city dwellers do not recognize their neighbors, and on the other hand if they are showered so much of hospitality, they are flabbergasted. Bandhavgarh cuisine, India is simply rich and the people make it very appreciable by their service. Bandhavgarh cuisine includes piping hot food and deserts.

Bandhavgarh cuisine, India serves appetizers, food with second helpings and deserts are offered so much as if the visitor has no tomorrow. Refusing any helping has no room. It is considered to be an insult to the kitchen and the host. Praising a dish is considered to be good manners.

Refusal of any single course will bring crowds of people behind you pressing to take alternative dishes. They wait until they hear the burping sound and this is a compliment to the chef. Bandhavgarh cuisine is a leisurely affair with tables filled with food and heated conversation.

Bandhavgarh cuisine in Madhya Pradesh differs from region to region. The west and north are mainly wheat and meat based, while the south and east take dominantly rice and fish. Gwalior and Indore has much of milk based preparations. Bhopal produces exquisite fish and meat dishes. The delicious korma, spicy rogan josh, luscious keema, succulent kababs and all time favorite Biryani.
