Daman’s churches are the illustrations of Portuguese architecture and are the significant heritages. Similarly, the forts such as Moti Daman Fort, Nani Daman fort, the Diu Fort, the churches and the ancient lighthouse enhance the well preserved heritage. A temple devoted to Lord Shiva called as Gangeshwar Temple comprises of five lingas and is situated amidst the rocks. This is a great attraction to the tourists.
