Durbar Shri Guru Ram Rai: This is considered as the pilgrimage of the Sikh which is related with the history of the Dehradun. After being getting the order to be out from the country by the Mugal Emperor Auranzeb the 10th Guru of the Sikhs Guru Ram Singh places his tent here.


Tapovan: This is a science place which is supposed to be ashram of the Guru Dronacharya, who was the teacher of the kaurvas and the Pandavas in the Mahabharata.

Forest Research Institute: This is most popular institute in the Dehradun. This is the most interesting institute to be visit in the city. The main attractions in this institute are the botanical garden and the museum.
Rajaji National Park: This is a park which is considered as the home to the many of the species of the plants, birds and animals. The chief attraction of this park is the population of the elephants. From the city this place is located at the distance of the 23 km.

Shahsradhara: This is a place which is very well known for its hot springs which are supposed to have the very miraculous effect on the number of the diseases.
