The state includes all types of tourist’s attraction place as the forests, hills, rivers, temples and much more. The capital of this state is Bhopal. This state was considered as the biggest state in the country till November 1, 2000 when chattisgarh was not carved out.
History:
This state is termed as one of the largest state in the country India. This state consisted of the Malwa region. This region was occupied by the Gonds, Bhils and other tribes to tackle the Aryans. But as they were strong they put these tribes in the Vindayas which is in the south.
This state is known as one of the oldest state. With the rise of Maratha’s this state became the part of Mugal Empire. Till the end of 18th century this region remained under the part of Akbar who was the Mugal Empire. The region also came under the rule of British administration. But after independence this region was merged with the region of Bhopal and Indore and it was given the name Madhya Pradesh in the year 1956.

This state is situated in the middle of the country India. This region covers a total area of 308,144 sq km. This was one of the largest states when chattisgarh was not carved out. This state consists of the different regions. All the regions in this state are rich with cultural heritage and traditions.
This state has the sub tropical climate. This state gets an average rainfall of 45’. This state consists of 1/5th of India’s forest. One of the largest dams Hirakund Dam is situated in the Madhya Pradesh which is considered as one of the biggest Dam in the country India. This state consists of many different regions which are rich in culture heritage and tradition. Some of the regions this state includes are the Chambal, Bundelkhand, Malwa, Nimbar etc.
