Dahanu-Bordi:
Dahanu-Bordi is another famous beach which is located in Thane
District. The beach is a favorable place for the people who are fed up
with the hectic life and are in search of peace. The beach is spread in
the distance of around 17 km and offers a long show to the visitors.
However the beach
land has a number of fruit orchards nearby and is also famous for the
chikoo fruit which is grown here. However there is a place known as
Udwada near the beach which is a worship place of Zoroastrian and a
surprising fact about the place is that the fire of lighting is still
on here for last thousand years.
Shriwardhan:
Shriwardhan is one of those places that hold great significance in the
heart of beach lovers. The significance of the beach can be clearly
seen through the large number of people who come here every year.
Shriwardhan is not very far from Konkan railway’s Mangaon railway
station.
And if you want to
reach there by your own vehicle then you can head through the
Mumbai-Goa highway as it is at a distance of 170 Km from Mumbai.
Vengurla-Malwan:
The beach of Vengurla-Malwan provides pleasure to the people with the
mesmerizing beauty. The stretched length of the beach is covered with
white sand and is also being occupied by trees like coconut, cashew and
mango. The trees along the shore offer a beauty with the combination of
white sand.
Beaches and
Maharashtra are two inseparable things and people who visit here know
