Munnar festival, India is the only opportunity to know about their festivals. Onam is the significant national festival of Kerala falling in the months of August or September. This is the Kerala harvest festival and there is a legend that Mahabali, the great king who ruled Kerala was pushed by Lord Vishnu in the Vamana form, comes back to see his people annually.

The main feature of the Kettukazcha festival is that images of gods and goddesses and effigies of Puranic figures are taken in procession.
