The Peda and Khurchan are sweet items of Mathura. Petha is famous in
Agra.
The Shahi Tuka is
popular in Oudh. Among drink Ruh-afza and Lassi are the favored drinks.
However, the cuisines are completed with Benaras Paan that is popular
in India. This paan is sweet and the taste is very good. The milk
products are exceptionally good and the tourists can relish
non-vegetarian as well as vegetarian foods.
