Dehradun is a hill
resort and Mussoorie is also a significant hill resort known as queen
of hills. Placed on the Himalayan foothills this hill resort is loved
by tourists as it has numerous waterfalls, temples, tourist bungalows
and picnic spots. Almora is the abode of gods. Kedarnath is the holiest
pilgrim in the Garhwal terrain and is thronged by lots of devotees.
Gangotri is an ideal place of tourist attraction as it is the base of
the holy river Ganges. The other places of tourist interest are the Jim
Corbett National Park, Ranikhet, Nainital and Pithoragarh. There is
