The Brindabanchandra
temple is one among the largest temples and is encircled by many small
temples dedicated to Chaitanya Guru, the saint who is well known for
his dedication to Lord Krishna. During the temple tours visiting the
Barakar temple sited adjacent to Asansol is essential.
The architectural
style is significant. The Bhagwati temple is nearly 150 years old and
is an amazing piece of architecture. Te Dakshineswar Kali temple is
connected with Saint Ramakrishna Paramhansa and visiting this temple is
significant.
