The wildlife in this state has opulent forestlands filled with rare species of animals such as one horn rhinos, elephants and many more. The biggest attraction is the Royal Bengal Tiger found in the Sunderban forest only. Besides this the wildlife destinations are Jungles of Jaldapara and Dooars.

The Digha and Shankarpur beaches are quite popular. The Kalighat temple in kolkata is popular and the Dakshineswar is also near the city and is among the tourist attraction sites.
